Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Your plan discount applies to every scheduled visit.
Which plan should I choose?
If dogs use your turf, most homes do best on a monthly Deep Clean + Enzyme. Turf without pets usually does well with a Brush & Vacuum every 2 months. Light-use yards can go quarterly.
What if my turf already smells bad?
We start with a one-time deep clean, or a Deep Extraction Flush for strong, long-term odor, and then keep it fresh on your plan. The Deep Extraction Flush isn’t part of recurring plans; think of it as a yearly reset.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach the yard and a hose spigot. Keep pets inside while we work.
